Processing Time

All items are handmade and made to order. Current turnaround time is approximately 2–4 weeks unless otherwise stated. Turnaround time begins once:

• Payment has been received in full
  
• All design details are finalized
  
• Any customer-supplied items have been received
  

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on current workload.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of embroidery and appliqué items:

• All sales are final
  
• Please double check all names, initials, spellings, dates, colors, and sizing before approving your order
  
• Sweet Tea Stitches is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer after approval
  

Mockups are not guaranteed unless specifically requested.

Customer-Supplied Items

Customers may provide their own items for embroidery at their own risk.

While every precaution is taken to properly embroider each item:

• Sweet Tea Stitches is not responsible for damage caused during the embroidery process
  
• Certain fabrics and materials may not be suitable for embroidery
  
• Refunds will not be issued for customer-supplied items damaged during stitching
  

If an item is determined unsuitable for embroidery, the customer will be notified prior to production.

Turnaround & Shipping

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during holidays, sales, or peak seasons.

Sweet Tea Stitches is not responsible for:

• Shipping carrier delays
  
• Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
  

Tracking information will be provided once shipped.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment only.

Customers will be contacted once their order is ready. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be subject to forfeiture unless prior arrangements are made.

Returns & Refunds

Because all items are custom made:

If there is an issue caused by an error on our end, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can work to resolve the issue.

Design & Copyright Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, images, trademarks, or copyrighted designs submitted for embroidery.

Sweet Tea Stitches reserves the right to refuse any design that violates copyright laws or contains offensive content.

Embroidery Variations

Please understand that embroidery is a handmade process. Slight variations in:

• Stitch placement
  
• Fabric texture
  
• Thread color appearance
  
• Appliqué placement
  

may occur and are considered normal.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after production has begun are non-refundable.

If materials or blanks have already been ordered specifically for your custom order, those costs may also be non-refundable.

Sweet Tea Stitches reserves the right to photograph, and share completed work on social media, the website, or marketing materials unless otherwise requested by the customer beforehand.
