Customer-Supplied Items Disclaimer
Customers who provide their own garments or items for embroidery do so at their own risk.

- Damage to customer-supplied items
- Hooping marks
- Needle breaks
- Fabric defects
- Manufacturing flaws in customer-provided garments
No reimbursement will be provided for damaged customer-supplied items.
